Boarding

The T Bar T Stables and Arena is proud to offer clean, safe boarding facilities at reasonable rates. We offer the highest quality of care for your horse. Our goal is to take care of your horse the way you would if you lived here. Come ride your horse in our 80' x 130' covered, lighted arena or ride around our 30 acre ranch.

Boarders will have access to the following amenities:

	2 barns with 12' x 12' stalls (some with runs)
	30 acres with turn out pastures
	80' x 130' covered, lighted arena (sand and rubber footing)
	100' x 180' outdoor, lighted, sand arena
	2 60' round pens
	3 wash racks (one with hot and cold water)
	Farrier Station with Rubber Pads
	Grooming Areas
	Individual Lockers and Tack Rooms
	Restroom on site
	Veterinarian Stockade
	Each barn has a microwave, sink and refrigerator
	Clean and well maintained facility
	24 hour on-site care
	Monthly Events - trail rides, bar-b-ques
	1 mile from Williamson County Regional Park

	Our goal is to treat your horse the way you would if you were taking care of them.

The owners and staff reside on property for your horses safety. Your horse will be fed, watered and the stalls cleaned each day. We will check all horses daily. We feed quality Acco feeds. All horses are treated as part of the family. Let us spoil your horse.

Current Negative Coggins and immunizations records must be presented upon check in.

Full Care Boarding:

	$485 for stalls with large run
	$480 for stalls with small run
	$475 for 12’ x 12’ stall in big barn and small barn
	$465 for 12’ x 12’ stalls on the outside of the small barn
	$455 for 12’ x 12’ stalls next to the covered area
	$445 for 10’ x 12’ stalls in big barn

All stalls include the following:

	Individual Stall
	Pre-mixed grain twice daily
	Coastal hay 3 times per day while they are in their stalls and coastal round bales in the pastures
	Clean water in stalls and pastures
	Supplements added to feed (if provided by individual horse owner) 1 time per day
	Stall shavings added weekly and stalls cleaned/picked daily
	Daily turn-out available (weather permitting) in our many pastures on 30 acres
	Individual tack locker or shared tack room
	We will blanket your horse in winter weather below 40 degrees (you provide blanket)
	We will put on fly masks (you provide fly mask)
	Use of all on-site facilities including: covered and outdoor arenas; round pen; wash racks and stockade; restroom, break room with refrigerator, sink and microwave

Paddock Boarding - $375 to $425 per month includes:

	Individual paddock with shelter for one horse.
	Pre-mixed grain twice daily
	Coastal hay 2-3 times per day (depending on the amount of grass on the ground)
	Clean water in paddock
	Supplements added to feed (if provided by individual horse owner) 1time per day
	We will put on fly masks (you provide fly mask)
	Paddock cleaned/picked daily (no shavings)
	Individual tack locker
	Use of all on-site facilities including: covered and outdoor arenas; round pen; wash racks and stockade; restroom, break room with refrigerator, sink and microwave

Pasture Boarding - $285 per month includes:

	Grain fed twice daily (Acco 12% pellet) and quality hay in square or round bails.
	Clean water in pastures
	10 acres of pasture with 1/2 being treed (for shade and cover)
	Shared tack locker with shelves and saddle racks (1 saddle per horse allowed)
	Use of all on-site facilities including: 30 acres, covered and outdoor arenas; round pen; wash racks and stockade; farrier/grooming station, restroom, break room with refrigerator, sink and microwave

Additional Charge for the following:

	The cost for special feeds, medications, emergencies, or special services (farrier, veterinarian, etc.) are not included in boarding rates and are to be provided at the horse owner's expense.
	If you have an appointment with the Veterinarian that you can't make, we will stand in for you - $15.00 per occasion per hour (if we are given advance notice and are available).
	Administering medication: If the meds can be added to your feed, there is no charge. Other services will be charged according to the services administered.
	Farrier: the charge for getting your horse for the farrier (if you do not come out) will be as follows: $5 if we know in advance that your horse is getting trimmed/shod and he/she is in the barn, $10 if we have to go to the pasture to get your horse, $15 if we are NOT informed in advance and we have to go get your horse. There is an extra $5 charge if your horse has to be hand held the entire session. And a $5 charge if we have to write a check for you.
	Transporting a horse for an emergency or other event will be charged at $2.50 per mile.
	Stalls fans in summer months - $12.00 per month
	Bi-monthly worming - $10.00 for barn horses and $15.00 for pasture horses.
	Special Feed above and beyond the normal costs. Price is based on feed.
	If the price of hay, grain or shavings goes up above the normal average rate, a surcharge will be added to your board.
	If your horse causes damages to his/her stall or other facilities on the property, the damages will be added to your monthly bill.
	Corn oil will be charged for the amount purchased, currently at $2.10 per 30 one ounce servings.
	Electrolytes for $4.50 per 30 scoops, or trace mineral salt at $.50 per 30 scoops.
	If you keep your horse in his/her stall while all the other horses are turned out, you will be charged a shavings surcharge for adding extra shavings of $5.00 per extra load of shaving.
	Supplements added more than 1 time per day – Extra $5.00 per month
	Trailer Parking - $15.00 per month
	Lights in stalls (provided by owner on timer) $10.00 per month
	Rice Bran is currently at $25.00 per bag
	Special Blanketing – Sheet between 45 and 60 and blanket added under 45 is $15.00 per month.
	Alfalfa can be given to your horse if you provide and keep it in a bag that can completely zip all the way around.
	Locker (if available) is $10 per month. If a locker is needed for someone with a stall, then you will have to give the locker up.
